1. Set up a SPF record at your DNS for your domain. google this word: “SPF”.

2. Get a mail server / host with Domainkeys. Again google the word “DomainKeys” for more info.
For the quick & dirty solution, Google mail now supports business apps for free on lower volume accounts. You can forward your MX record to them and use Gmail for business. Add the SPF and you are in business avoiding spam filters, unless your mail looks like SPAM.
